Despite the printer’s single-sided only printing ability, you can manually turn cards over to enable double-sided printing should you wish to. 

Magicard’s Clix user interface  

Magicard’s Clix user interface feature enables you to manage this device remotely via a web-enabled device. This will allow you to monitor the printer’s activity and remotely operate various aspects of the printer i.e maintenance, diagnostics, printer set-up and more. This electronic device is equipped with a ‘Plug and Play’ setup that helps you manage your printer’s supplies and allows you to run ordering mechanisms.   

Built-in security

Just like its Magicard 300 and 600 counterparts, the Magicard Pronto100 printer is built-in with a digital shredding function that enables you to render data transferred to the printer unreadable after each use. Such a security feature is well-suited for environments that demand secure transferring of data between electronic devices. This digital shredding function will allow its users to abide by data security standards and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

The Magicard Pronto100 provides the user with an effective anti-fraud feature. This security component consists of 3 watermark designs that enable you to cover your standard cards or Magicard’s exclusive HoloPatch cards with one of HoloKote’s high-quality security seals.

Commitment to the environment 

In order to ensure that the environment remains a key component of the company’s future designs, Magicard’s future electronic devices will now be designed and manufactured whilst keeping environmental issues in mind. The Pronto100 printer is built up of 75% of either recycled or recyclable materials which evidently illustrates their first step towards producing machines composed of high levels of eco-friendly materials. 

Alongside Magicard’s environmental efforts, the well-established printer brand has been collaborating with One Tree Planted, a successful campaign that plants a tree for every printer sold. 
Having undergone this scheme, Magicard and its consumers have planted 30,000 trees and boasts a C02 offset of 660 tonnes per year. Through this project, the printer brand is able to compensate for their yearly CO2 emissions produced by their entire workforce and also a large percentage of greenhouse gas produced by transporting products globally.
